Ingredients:
60mL Star Anise Infused Baiju (Chinese Rice Wine Distillate)
30mL Lychee Pulp
30mL Pear Pulp
30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Glass: Shetland/Tall glass.
Add all ingredients, shake and tip.
Garnish with half a dragon fruit.
